Early feedback on the future of South East Queensland is closing soon
The Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning is currently reviewing the South East Queensland Regional Plan and corresponding South East Queensland Infrastructure Plan.
The review is to ensure the long-term strategic blueprint that guides land use and infrastructure planning in the region is kept up-to-date and responsive to changes in legislation and policy, as well as significant population growth and development.
Regional plans play a vital role in:
- Unlocking land for housing
- Driving industry growth
- Planning for infrastructure and services
- Preserving the unique identity of communities.
