Dementia Australia have recently announced the launch of their very first Queensland Memory Lane & Young at Heart Café!
Located at Geebung in Brisbane’s northside and modelled on Dementia Australia’s Memory Lane Café program, the Memory Lane & Young at Heart Café is a welcoming social space designed to support people living with Young Onset Dementia and the loved ones who care for them.
This café provides an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences, offering a relaxed and supportive environment to come together, socialise, and feel understood.
The first café event will be launched on the 4th of March and will continue to meet every six weeks.
