About this event
Health Consumers Queensland is delighted to invite health consumers and carers (Queenslanders who use health services) and NGOs to join our Chief Health Officer, Dr Jeannette Young, for this important event.
Health Consumers Queensland believes that every Queenslander should be able to find high quality information about the COVID-19 vaccine and the rollout plans in Queensland to be able to make informed choices and decisions.
Queensland’s Chief Health Officer, Dr Jeannette Young, has tirelessly led the state’s response to COVID-19. This is your opportunity to put your questions and concerns about the vaccine and the roll-out plans across the State to Dr Young and hear her response.
You’ll also be helping Queensland Health to understand what information you need – and how, when and where you to need it – to make choices and decisions which are right for you.
Who should attend?
- Users of the health system
- Carers
- Consumer representatives
- Representatives of consumer NGOs
Note: If you are a health worker, we encourage you to watch this recording of the recent CHO forum with the Queensland Clinical Senate last week which was attended by 4000 staff: Watch the forum
The link to Zoom meeting will be emailed to all registered guests on the day of the event.
